Description

A Global Internet Services Company is looking for Program/Project Managers to be responsible for organizing Projects, supporting Programs, initiatives, and activities for the IT Infrastructure Department.

 

You will be tasked with developing projects and tasks to support the organization's strategic direction and creating and managing long-term goals. 

 

Responsibilities

- Creation of project proposal, and charter with the agreement of the project owner and project sponsor

- Creation of project plan, schedule, status execution, and monitoring progress.  Work with the project owner to create timelines, milestones, and tasks

- Submission of meeting minutes and weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders

- Manage project issues and risks, finding mitigation solutions. Escalate to project owner

- Managing changes to the project and reporting to the project owner

- Sync project updates with project members and vendor

Required Skills

- Proven experience in Project Management

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization

- Passionate about developing relationships with stakeholders

- Strong sense of ownership and operating autonomously

- Experience in Jira and Confluence
