A Global Insurance Company is looking for an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer.

The job is mostly focused on hands-on activities including requirement confirmation from business representatives, designing architecture, and leading implementation(coding). The role is also expected to provide general improvement in the team for better quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

- Solution implementation – must be able to understand requirements from business representatives and implement features/functionalities aligned to coding and security standard

- Consider and discuss non-functional requirements such as performance, security and monitoring, and apply them to the design and implementation

- Code quality responsibility - Conduct code reviews, plus mentor developer on technical topics within the team

- Production support work, issue analysis, providing resolution approach, workarounds, and bug fixes

- Development process improvement - assess and propose improvement on internal development standards to bring in better quality and efficiency

9:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri (flextime available)

Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week
