A Global Insurance Company is looking for a talented IT Helpdesk & Personal Information Support Analyst (P2) with strong Helpdesk Support and Personal Information Management experience. 

Responsibilities

- Promoting security systems - Continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle based on ISO27K

- Creating and updating security policies and manuals

- Learning and performing risk assessment for information assets (systems, data) held by the organization

- Performing risk assessment for security exceptions and follow-up on improvement plans

- Learning and risk assessment for external contractors (including on-site visits)

- Conducting and verifying independent assessments of each process of the organization's governance, risk management, and control

9:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri (flextime available)

【Working Style】

Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week

- Experience in desktop Support work, Personal Information Security work or Internal Audit work

- Basic knowledge of information systems/IT, or experience in system audits
