A German logistics company, committed to providing innovative supply chain solutions that challenge the status quo, is seeking a Manager for its Global Operation Infrastructure Department.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily activities of the for Support and Infrastructure group

- Provide guidance and direction to the Support and Infrastructure group

- Act as technical advisor to team and organization

- Ensure appropriate security procedures are implemented 

- Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources

- Formulate and define technical scope and objectives of project

- Ensure adequate and up to date documentation

- Ensure that goals or objectives of projects/team are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters

- Liaise with Regional and Head Office GOIS teams to perform network and infrastructure planning

- Manage Cloud Activities in country and liaise with Regional/Global teams to ensure optimal service in country

- Identify opportunities for improvements and implement improvements; internal as well as business process
