One of Japan's fast-growing Foreign Fin-tech Start-Ups is looking for an experienced Operations Business Analyst to further their efforts in making the best operating system. 

You will be able to own large swaths of the company's operations including Customer Success, Collections, eKYC, and overall business strategy, frequently collaborating with CQO, the Head of Customer Success, the Operation Manager, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of the entire operations of the business and how ongoing operations may impact profitability

- Uses GA4 to analyze user behavior leading up to CS inquiries and suggests ways to reduce CS inquiries.

- Apply modern data science techniques to analyze consumer data and produce operation performance insights

- Act as a primary business stakeholder, collaborating closely with the CQO, Head of Customer Success, directly building operation business analytics models

- Make & Propose AB test plans

- Professional Experience in business analytics, preferably in BNPL or other finance related industry.

- Familiarity with GA4（Google Analytics 4）

- Good with SQL / Python / R or similar coding experience

- Familiarity with AWS / Github is advantageous

- Most importantly, we are looking for a smart person eager to take responsibility and learn

- Detail-oriented and high level of numeracy
