A global Internet services company is looking for a Team Lead to join their Java Development unit.  

The team is very international with members in their late 20s to early 30s. The entire department has an open and flat atmosphere, and we are very active in exchange meetings with other groups such as information sharing meetings and problem solving.

Responsibilities

- Design & Develop features on small to large scale systems

- Handle operations like releases to Production environments

- Learn about and perform load/performance tests on high access systems

- Interact and work with members from other development teams, Product Managers, UX/UI designers and QA engineers

- API (or backend) team's leader experience 

- Extensive skill to do task planning, manage schedule, coordinate with other teams

- Manage own team with clear rule of documentation and development process

- Technical experience with Restful API development with Java & Spring boot

- Experience of leading a team in the renewal or version upgrade for its own system

- In-depth knowledge about RDBMS (MySQL, MariaDB Galera Cluster)

- In-depth knowledge about Redis, Kafka, k8s
