Description

A Global Insurance Company is looking for an experienced  IT Change Manager to lead its Japan’s transformation programs.

 

Responsibilities

- Leads change management of complex transformation programs

- This includes, but not limited to, management of change risks and issues, establishment of change communication plans, and development of change metrics for tracking progress and measuring success

- Reinforce change to maximize delivery outcomes

- Contribute to the development, and continuous refinement of the change management framework based on feedback and changes in strategic goals

- Leads the delivery complex strategic programs from beginning to end

【Working Hours】
9:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)
