Description

A Global Insurance Company is looking for an experienced Solution Architect for the IT & Technology Team.

 

Responsibilities

- To define appropriate and optimum solutions based on the business needs defined by the product owner(s) through the user stories

- Closely work with Architects to ensure the solutions are aligned with IT strategy and roadmap and ensure to reuse the available IT assets to speed up IT capabilities to deliver value to business faster while reducing waste and duplication

- Work with Architects to identify key business capability gaps, to ensure the strategic and business planning processes address capability gaps within the tribe and to provide hands-on technical solutions to developers within the squads

- When needed, consult Platform architect to get better insight on key technologies

Required Skills

- Experience in IT Technology

- Experience related to overall architecture control (business applications and solution design)

- Development experience as an engineer

- High understanding of project management and software development processes (design, build, test, change, release)

- Ability to collaborate with departments 

- Demonstrate leadership as the person in charge of IT strategy and IT roadmap in the assigned area

- Be able to clarify the direction of IT architecture and build a cooperative system with other teams
