Description

A Global IT Solutions Company is seeking an Onsite IT User Support for their Japanese subsidiary.

 

This position will work closely with the global team to respond to inquiries from users in Japan and manage the PC lifecycle.

The position will be a global scale support for the Japanese office, so you will be able to communicate with overseas staff and users, and gain knowledge from overseas.

 

Responsibilities 
- Update and troubleshoot PCs/printers, etc.
- MACI (Move, Allocate, Change and Install) of PCs
- Maintenance of file servers, LAN, etc.
-  Video conference system maintenance
 - Anti-virus SW maintenance and support
 - Software distribution
 - Mobile device operation and management (iPhone/iPad/Android, etc.)
- Ticket management and escalation with ITSM tool
- Vendor control/cooperation with offshore
- User training
