Description

A global internet services company is looking for a Project Manager.

 

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Product Managers, Business Unit, and other stakeholders, understand their needs and business direction

- Understand the product roadmap and keep continuous collaboration with BU and all other groups to execute the project successfully.

- Be engaged in the whole process of an application development project (requirement definition, specification design, development, testing, release).

- Ensures that the project goal is well-aligned and manages the project team to accomplish it with the required level of quality.

- Applies project management techniques to successfully deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.

【Working Hours】

9:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Hybrid (basically 4 days a week in the office, 1 day a week at home)

Required Skills

- Experience in web application development

- Experience in project management

- Experience in different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Rapid development, Pair programming)

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and ability to build a strong working relationship between technical and non-technical people

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to establish positive working relationships and achieve goals together
