Description

A Fortune 500 Global Insurance Company is looking for a talented bilingual Technical Infra Project Manager, for the Tokyo office. 

 

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical infrastructure project from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain project plan, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline

- Experience to lead Infrastructure project with architectural transformation as a technical lead.

- Has experience to make a project plan through analyzing portfolio, tech currency and roadmap.

- Communicates effectively within the engineering team and with other technical and business teams.

- Has the motivation and ability to carry out complex problem-solving to resolution.
