Global General Golf Equipment Manufacturer is looking for an IT Business Process Analyst.

Responsibilities

- The position will work with Global Production Support to maintain the current global ERP and ensure that requirements are met to continue to support the Japanese business. (No development work is required for the current ERP.)

- Develop an in-depth understanding of user operations and generate ideas for improvement. Also, identify problems in current operations and propose solutions to address them.

- Liaise with developers and users to translate business language into system specifications (and vice versa).

- Prioritize tasks and explain why. (Agile approach).

- Promptly escalate high-priority incidents to Global Production Support for resolution.

The company handles golf equipment in general, including golf balls, golf clubs, and shoes.

9:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

- Experience implementing ERP projects (global templates)

 (SAP S/4HANA implementation experience not required, but ECC or R/3 implementation experience is a must)

- Extensive experience as a business analyst or application developer

- Working experience in OTC (Order To Cash)

- Working experience in implementing and improving applications while collaborating with global teams

- Experience working on medium-sized projects

- Experience in sub-layout chain, production management, finance, etc.

- Experience as project lead on medium sized projects

- Experience in other application areas (purchasing, production, accounting, etc.)

- Experience with SAP satellite systems such as e-commerce, CRM, procurement, demand forecasting, etc.

- Experience leading user departments
