One of the world's largest insurance companies is looking for a talented Mainframe System Analyst.

Responsibilities

- Manage development and maintenance of a life insurance company's contract management system

- Negotiations with internal user departments to determine requirements, including business process improvements.

- Optimization based on business requirements in accordance with company strategy.

- Comprehensive management of the manufacturing process using the development vendor to determine the system requirements in line with the solution

- Create acceptance test cases for deliverables from the development vendor, conduct acceptance tests

- Development environment: Mainframe (IBM), Cobol

- More than 3 years of development and maintenance experience at a life insurance company (contract management: rates, maintenance, actuarial, product management)

- More than 3 years of development experience with Mainframe (design - manufacturing - testing process), IBM experience If possible.

- In-depth business communication in Japanese (English is preferred)
