Transformation Technology team

Responsibilities

- Estimate test effort based on requirements and test strategy, develop test plan and update it from time to time until the end of the project.

- Select appropriate test methods for effective testing based on the defined testing strategy. (Testing types, testing methodologies, automation, tools, etc.)

- Participate in product backlog review meetings/requirements review meetings to clarify user stories and requirements early and provide tester perspective.

- Define test design with expected results per requirements and the tasks required to prepare and execute tests as a work plan.

- Identify system integration testing scenarios and cases based on the testing strategy and execute the tests.

【Working Hours】
9:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, flextime)

Hybrid Remote: 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH every week // (8 days in the office in one month)

- Software development or testing experience

- project experience, software development, or testing experience at a life insurance company

- Team leader experience in project or software maintenance (development team/testing team)

- Development or testing experience in agile development

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience

- Development and execution of test strategies and plans

- Experience implementing test automation (experience using tools)

- Experience using test management tools and performance/security tools

- Experience with mainframe development or testing
