Description

A Global Insurance Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the IT Open Engineering Team, to support Japan Digital Transformation projects.

 

Responsibilities

- Project management for projects under Open Engineering - On schedule (time), on budget, delivering the scope specified, meeting the quality expectations.

- Create plans, implement, make governance, and deliver specific activities mentioned right (project management, process implementation, governance, liaise with Group Operations, synergy with other entities, communication, etc.) under Open Engineering.

- Communication management: Manage, lead and assist communication among stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure quality and efficiency of service.

- Liaise with Group Operations and other relevant entities to provide synergy as well as smooth communication with other teams

- Manage assigned projects under Open Engineering as a project manager

Required Skills

- A masters degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

- Project management skills and experience

- Business analyst mindset

- Change management expertise

- General technical/IT knowledge for effective communication with engineers

 

Preferred Skills

Accreditation or equivalent level of knowledge from one of the following certifications (Not necessary to have):

- Project Management Professional (PMP)

- PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)

- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

- Certified ScrumMaster
