Field Services Technician (24/7 shift work) - Haneda
Description
An American-based technology company is looking for a Field Services Technician.
You will be a person with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service who will have the following primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Managing Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets on system operations (server and networks)
- Regular communication with the customer on site progress and take any action for deficiencies
- Serve as customer liaison and point of contact for all key activities with a variety of airlines and airport authority customers.
- Develop on-site policies and procedures
- Promote continual quality improvements and development of quality control programs

Shift work 24/7 (8 hours per shift 1 hr break) x 5 days a week
【Working Hours】
7:15 – 16:15 // 9:00 – 18:00 // 10:00 – 19:00 // 16:00 – 00:00//23:00 – 8:00

Required Skills
- Understanding or willingness to learn about airport operations
- Experience in IT Network or as desktop support (mainly Windows OS experience)
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Skills
- Experienced in handling critical outage situations (servers/networks)
- Nice to have CCNA certificate or worked with Biometrics technology
