A Leading Internet Services Company is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join them!

The mission of the Business Strategy Section is to maximize customer satisfaction, and we are constantly working on improvement activities. We are also in charge of improving the front-end UX, analyzing the current situation, adding new features, and reviewing the design of the site. We can make large-scale improvements and get immediate feedback from users, which we believe is very rewarding.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new front-end features and improvements for Client's Books website.
- Continuously improve site performance through AB testing and data analysis
- Make quick decisions and implement PDCA cycle with dedicated development team.

Working Environment:

Front-end area (HTML/CSS/JS): 4 people

Server side area (Java): About 10 people (Tech side)

- Basic design and coding skills and experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Version control using Git
- Experience coding with task runners such as Webpack
- Experience using some kind of framework
