Description

A global and well-established Fintech Company is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer!

 

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Daily Technical and Operational communication

- Manage governance, oversight, and technical expertise in resolving issue by engaging the right teams, escalating through proper channel along with reducing MTTR and Preventing future Incidents MTBF

- Participate in ensuring the Service Reliability of Gloss Platform and other products

- Review and participate in annual Budget and system improvements to enhance Gloss client experience

- Partner with local team to provide backup support across APAC and eliminate any open risk

9:00 – 18:00 Mon-Fri (HYBRID 3-4 days at week)

Required Skills

- Management experience supporting APAC clients, emphasis on Japan based asset servicing and TA clients

- Working for a tech or service vendor

- Proven track record selling/supporting tech solutions or service delivery to Japanese issuers and trust banks

- Proven track project managing IT related projects impacting client service delivery

- Leadership experience driving a team while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives
