Description

A bilingual Systems Development Manager is needed for the Information Systems Division of a major Japanese comprehensive human resource services company.

 

Responsibilities

- Progress management of assigned systems, order management, issue and risk management, etc.

- Lead the definition of requirements and design of key projects

- Management of operational tasks and lead in business improvement and streamlining

- Facilitate key milestone setting and decision making with stakeholders including business units

- Budget management, personnel coordination, outsourcing management, liaison with external partners and other departments within the company

- Experience in an IT management role

- Hands-on experience in the upstream process of system development (planning, requirements definition, design)

- Experience in implementing mission-critical systems such as CRM and ERP as an engineer and
