Description

One of the world's largest insurance companies is looking for a Expert Agile Coach within the Agile & Technology Transformation Team.

Responsibilities

- Train teams on agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and lean development practices

- Coach teams through agile ceremonies, optimize workflows, and provide feedback for continuous improvement

- Assist product teams in transitioning to self-organization and cross-functional collaboration

- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, tools, and communication among teams

- Facilitate organizational change towards agility by training managers, scrum masters, product owners, and stakeholders

【Working Hours】
9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)

Required Skills

- Agile coaching and transformation experience

- Possess advanced level Agile certification and mentorship skills for developing other agile coaches/consultants

- Adaptability to cater to various audiences including technical experts, product managers, and department heads

- Mastery of coaching techniques, Product Management techniques, Agile project management methods, and User Story conception

- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban practices, and familiarity with frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify model
