Description

One of the world's largest insurance companies is looking for a Agile Coach. You will act as an internal consultant and change agent to facilitate the adoption and improvement of agile principles, agile tools, values and practices across multiple product development teams.

 

Responsibilities

- Train teams on agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and lean development

- Coach teams through agile ceremonies, optimize workflows, and provide feedback

- Assist product teams in transitioning to self-organization and cross-functional collaboration

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, tools, and communication among teams

- Facilitate organizational change towards agility by training managers, scrum masters, and product owners, while measuring key agile adoption metrics

【Working Hours】
9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)

Required Skills

- Experience in agile coaching, consulting, or agile practices

- Mastery of coaching techniques including listening, questioning, and providing feedback

- Proficiency in Product Management techniques such as Product Vision, Story Mapping, and Value-based prioritization

- Expertise in Agile project management methods and tools like Jira and Confluence, with proficiency in User Story conception and redaction

- Mastery of Scrum and Kanban practices, as well as organizing workshops and facilitating practices
