A Global Insurance and Mobile Device Support Services company is looking for a Product Planning & Management, Manager to act as a key member of technology development for products and services in the B to B to C business model.

The position will work closely with product teams, UX design teams, technical analysts, development teams, data scientists, and business operations teams and, to define requirements, analyze solutions, support delivering them. The role is an important position that contributes to the business development and evolving Japan Region.

Responsibilities

- Point of contact for IT solutioning to product/service planning: Support planning & sales activities by proposing IT

solution for new products & services with collaboration to product, sales, & business operations.

- Product/service ownership and priority management for business growth: After the release of a product/service, as the

product owner of the product/service, verify, evaluate feedback from the business to see if KPIs goals have been achieved,

coordinate requests for further improvement from the business & requests from the IT team to improve the quality of the

product, & manage them as backlog items.

- Project Start-up: Work with stakeholders to develop IT business case for projectized initiatives, including IT solutions, scope

definition & execution plans, & follow approval process to execute.

- Management for Project Success: According to the project execution plan, monitor the status of "development execution and progress management by the IT development team, test planning, test execution and progress management by the IT quality team”, and “UAT planning, execution and progress management by the business department" in the series of processes from project start to release.
