You will be the Product Experience Consultant, with the primary focus on the Japan projects and reporting to the Managing Director. You will be application expert, working directly with prospects and customers, working side by side with Implementation Partners (external stakeholders), as well as with our sales, presales, and professional service teams (internal stakeholders). You are able to work under tight deadlines and in a demanding environment. You will shine by your knowledge, professionalism, and ability to solve problems.



Implementation Projects (80%+ time allocation)

- Create of Estimates, Statement of Work

- Create infrastructure sizing documentation

- Respond to partner questions

- Logg tickets in Jira

- Work with internal Product and Support teams

- Coordinate resolution of support tickets

- Take part in kick-off sessions led by partners

- Report and take part in project management

- Work closely with Managing Director to increase net promoter score by providing outstanding service to both partners and customers


Presales and Sales (15%+ time allocation)

- Provide technical overview of the system as part of the demo sessions/deep dives

- Participate in complex presales RFP process

- Guide and participate in complex customized presales demo scenarios (mini implementations)

- Work on POC (mini implementations) with CS Presales and partner teams


Partner Education and Technical Due Diligence (5%+ time allocation)

  • Initiate product training session to existing and potential partner or customer
  • Participate in technical due diligence for technology partnerships

Being responsible for all that tasks, You won't be alone but can work and interact with all levels of professionals, including the Managing Director, Managers, Solution Architects, etc.







Required Skills

- You are expected to bring a deep understanding of related technologies like PIM, eCommerce, CRM, Content Management Systems, Print or Digital Asset Management, based on previous engagement

- Experience in technical consulting or related field
