Description

A new startup focusing on robotics with the concept of OMOTENASHI is looking to expand its teams. They would like to digitalize the great customer service and hospitality experience in Japan by bringing this chatbot technology and service to companies from various industries that are facing adversity due to COVID-19.

 

To expand their team, they are looking for a NLP Engineer to join their team. NLP engineers are expected to help UX writers work more effectively and efficiently. For example, NLP engineers try to understand how come certain conversations lead to more conversions than others, and then look for reusing learnt know-how across industries and businesses.

Required Skills

- Experience in a product-driven environment with cloud platforms, e.g., GCP.

- Experience implementing production NLP systems at scale in Python.

- Experiences with TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, AllenNLP, or fastai. etc.

- An expert in various facets of ML and NLP, such as POMDP-based dialogue system, Automatic summarization, Question answering, and Sequential labeling, etc.
