This is a great opportunity working for world leading luxury lifestyle brands.



- Supporting new store event opening project for Tapestry Japan (primary), and other countries in Asia.

- Manage different vendor involved in new store event project to ensure the quality. This involves regular follow-up with different stockholders and manage store project activities such as account creation/layout validation/ schedule management and checking final report.

- Act as a SPOC between Coach internal teams and Supplier’s team to ensure smooth delivery of store activities. This includes timely information sharing of store events such as project requirements, project timeline, and technical knowledge regarding the installation of back-end processes.

- Support other IT teams in Tapestry for new application/program roll out.

- Contribute and work closely with other IT project owner and Store Support team for future improvements of application and retail systems including system enhancements.

- Analyze issues encountered during different project steps and summarize solution to improve the problems.

- Carry out day-to-day task of store delivery team, including CI and Asset management.

Required Skills

- Project coordinating experience with related experience

- Experience in partnering with business users, other IT team members and local Japanese vendor to design and implement system & process

- Strong time management skills

- Understanding basic network knowledge

- Adaptable and flexible person

- Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership

- Experience in vendor management and service delivery management

Preferred Skills

- Store System experience including system testing

- Experience of system support for store users

- Knowledge of Retail Business

- Experience in vendor management and service delivery management
