A major business service company is looking for a Analyst - IT Operations/ Security.


The Analyst, IT Operations is focused on Global End Point Configuration Management, Global Desktop Engineering and Services, IT and Security readiness, and ensures the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and operational environments that support application deployment, network, server and device management within the assigned region or site.


The responsibilities of the role vary day-to-day and include providing end user support across the organization’s desktop, network, WIFI, telephony and applications environment(s) as well as maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair/replace/upgrade computer systems, hardware, software and computer peripherals as well as serve as an escalation point to ensure tickets/incidents are resolved according to SLA.


【Essential Functions/ Core Responsibilities】

- Clients application implementation

- CNX application implementation\installation (for example, Fraud Management System, WPMS)

- CNX Local Bots and automation implementation

- Local infrastructure Compliancy and auditing

- Network Data and Voice implementation

- Local Server racking. Performs/Tests & backup for the onsite servers

- Security analyst and applying Security control and providing Local Security analysis (SEP, Network capture, WIFI scans, computer forensics, etc.)

- Local Change Management for Infrastructure, Application and Security

- Remote Application and software Management

- Business continuity plan testing and recommendation

- Responsible for control and manage of all IT and Infrastructure room (Genset, UPS and IT Room)

- Analyse WIFI intrusion with CDOC, manage WIFI access and PW

- Manage the Video Conference Room (access control)

- Manage the local inventory

- Work autonomously; typically acts as a lead and may coordinate the work of others

- Anticipates patterns and links, looking beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications to generate new and innovative solutions to complex routine problems

- May partner with other teams and provide guidance related to Network and Voice solution

- インフラ、アプリケーション、セキュリティのローカル変更管理

- リモートアプリケーション及びソフトウェア管理

- 事業継続計画のテスト、推進

- IT・インフラルームの管理、運営 (発電機、UPS、ITルーム)

- CDOCでWIFIの侵入の分析、WIFIアクセスとPWの管理

- テレビ会議室の管理(アクセスコントロール)

- 現地在庫の管理

- 他のスタッフの調整、リード

- パターンとリンクの予測、日常的な問題に対して新しい革新的な解決策の提案

- 他のチームとの連携、ネットワークおよび音声ソリューションに関連するガイダンスの提供

Required Skills

- Experience in an IT Operations role supporting diverse business units

- Proven problem management, incident management, customer/client management, change management, RCA and ticket analysis experience.

- Proficient in current protocols, operating systems and standards including Windows 7, 8, 10, iOSx, and Open Source Initiative

- Demonstrable experience using desktop management tools such as Ghost, WDS, WSUS, LanDesk, Bigfix, Bomgar or equivalent

- Prior experience troubleshooting, resolving and supporting desktops, laptops, applications, hard phones, software, WIFI devices, Network and/or Server in a Windows-based PC/LAN environment or equivalent required

- Demonstrable experience in ticket resolution using Remedy and ITIL based framework, maintaining systems compliance and audits as per COPC, ISO 27001 etc. standards is required

- Experience managing Active Directory at the Organization Unit level

- Experience supporting VOIP-enabled contact center preferred
