A global leader in software development for trading, risk management and processing is looking for a Client Services Consultant (Data Reporting Tools).

Throughout the lifecycle of the project, from pre-sales to implementation to post-deployment support, Client Services Consultants are our clients' trusted IT partners.

This position will be required to deliver innovative solutions and provide state of the art recommendations, advice and trainings. Data Reporting Consultants specialize in the data mining, batch and reporting solutions.

‐ Build expertise on Data Reporting Tools and general knowledge of our platform:
- Know how to build Profit and Loss, Cashflow other financial reports
- Understand the change in regulation and their impact on reporting needs
- Understand financial products (Fx Option, Interest rate swap…) and how to extract their characteristics in reports
- Know how to format the data for end users to easily access it
- Know how to integrate to other systems
- Provide in-depth technical support to customers through phone, customer portal and on-site visits
- Works hands-on with customers to ensure successful case resolution
- Collaborate with teammates to seek optimal solutions
- Communicate development needs to our product development team
- Recommend integration strategies and design for data management
- Provide trainings to customers and integration partners
- Deliver support to pre-sales activities
- Technology watch
- Write documents and technical notice

Required Skills

- Unix / LinuxオペレーティングシステムとSQLの知識
- ソフトウェアの設計と開発サイクルに精通している(ユーザー要件、仕様、開発、テスト、ドキュメント)
- 実証された分析スキルとトラブルシューティング能力

- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system and SQL
- Familiar with software design and development cycle (user requirements, specifications, development, tests and documentation)
- Demonstrated analytical skills and troubleshooting ability

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with a Data Lake or a Data Warehouse
