This is a great opportunity to work for one of the world leading fashion brands. The E-Commerce specialist will own Japan online direct sales e-commerce channel, and develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the site delivers the best personal shopping experience for their customers. The successful candidate will report to Japan Marketing Director and Global E-Commerce director.

‐ Keep sales result updated, provide analysis for the activity improvement
‐ Drive the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the company
‐ Analyze Google Analytics regularly as a minimum to identify trends, traffic sources, customer data, conversion data, top products, top categories etc.
‐ Drive the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the company
‐ Sales reporting with SAP, Analysis tool for global distribution
‐ Provide updated forecast showing actual performance versus budget
‐ Online customer service support related to “pre and post sales” activities
‐ Provide online customer service support by comfortably handling client phone call/email
‐ Manage post-sale related order issues; Cancellation, Return, Refund and special requests
‐ Contents management
‐ Ensure website updates are checked and signed off in a good time (Demandware) liaising with Global team
‐ Provide links and translations for contents as required
‐ Check JIRA status regularly and progress items assigned to you as quickly as possible
‐ Improvement for site usability (check availability, in site search, payment/delivery method)
‐ Develop and optimize online marketing channels / CRM
‐ Manage relationship with Ad agency and 3rd party e-commerce vendors to maximize ROI on Displays, PPC, Tie-ups
‐ Increase marketing activities to ensure target sessions are achieved
‐ Manage and grow Affiliates marketing efforts to reach core demographics
‐ Work for CRM to put together a CRM plan to activate new and existing clients with commercial objectives
‐ Duties and responsibilities with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliates, Demandware and SAP
‐ Check delivery status constantly and propose improvements to speed up deliveries and processes
‐ Support finance and treasury in checking frauds and chargebacks
‐ Propose website improvements, newsletter launches and topics to convert more, new or quicker procedures, new payment methods etc (improvements in general)
‐ Using the system, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliates, Demandware and SAP

Required Skills

‐ Experience in e-commerce marketing and online business development
‐ Ability to analyze data from numerous sources, report to JP and global director
‐ Hands-on experience in online marketing, Displays, SEM and PPC, Tie-ups
‐ Strong Passion and Knowledge of Luxury Retail Sector
