Global medical company is hiring a Corporate Development Assistant who supports procurement related operations.
‐ Organize office operations, including supplies, equipment management and maintenance under supervision of Office Manager.
‐ In Oracle indirect purchasing system which is scheduled to be implemented this May 7th, 2019, input necessary information in a timely manner from submitting requests till invoice settlement for office administration suppliers.
‐ Ensure all security badges of the company HQ are properly provided/used under office manager's supervision. Prepare and manage security badges for new hires, temp badges for visitors from global functions.
‐ Collect and keep good record of the company drivers' reports monthly in a timely manner in a drivers' record keeping application. Needs to remind sales reps/supervisors if necessary.
‐ Maintain/update the information of the company staffs and organization on NTT's safety confirmation application (anpi kakunin)
‐ Maintain/update the company employee list in a timely manner.
‐ Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
‐ Purchase, receive, store and restock office supplies and kitchen supplies; ensure all items are kept organized and tidy.
‐ Act as a contact point for the venders such as water server supplier, the paper disposal company and business card printing companies, etc.
‐ Other ad-hoc duties which is expected to be generated.
‐ Maintaining filing of the contractual documents and administrative supports for contract review process managements
‐ Provide administrative supports to other departments when necessary
