One of the top E-commerce is currently looking for an experienced Kaizen Leader to join our team to drive operational transformation needed to achieve our goals.
Services & Project Management Department sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery. Within this department, the Service Management Group is leveraging process standardization and Kaizen methodologies to maximize productivity across the tech delivery teams and reduce the time it takes to delivery new services and functionality.
‐ Develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout EC Tech
‐ Collaborate with leadership to prioritize Kaizen activities across the tech organization
‐ Provide analysis and recommend targets for productivity and time to market Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
‐ Coordinate and lead Kaizen activities to standardize processes and share best practices
‐ Report to executive leadership the status of Kaizen initiatives including results compared to KPI targets
‐ Ability to collaborate at all levels of a large global organization
‐ Influence others without direct authority
‐ 2+ years of experience leading Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar process improvement projects in a web services or software company.
‐ Excellent written communications skills in English
‐ Conversational Level Japanese Language skills
