Reporting to the IT Service Management division at a global financial leader in the industry, the candidate will be required to manage and drive an IT Service management project that will align the Incident, Problem and Monitoring management team processes and improve the process flows from Incident through to root cause analysis and Monitoring.


【Main Responsibilities】

‐Providing focused delivery of all aspects of project management, project scope definition, risk management, adaptable project scheduling in an agile environment, resource management, and consistent project documentation and reporting

‐Leading the development, documentation, and deployment of build, operations, and transfer processes for each internal stakeholder and ensure metrics based process reporting

‐Engaging in scoping and requirements gathering for new and existing projects as necessary

‐Supporting the IT Service manager with reporting, service level management, and ITIL

‐Must be results oriented and drive to ensure successful completion of the projects on time, on budget and within the defined scope while leading through influence and with solid soft skills and tact










Required Skills

‐Experience working in IT Project Management Infrastructure

‐ITSM ITIL knowledge/experience

‐Extensive experience in project management, planning, budgeting, tracking, and status reporting

‐Effective communication ability for use with all Business Units, Corporate Services, IT, and other back office departments locally and globally

‐Ability to Identify and capture the risks and exceptions and subsequently monitor, track and manage them

‐Excellent understanding and hands on experience of Project Lifecycle and Project Planning Techniques

‐PMP/PMI Prince2 certification: PMBOK Methodology
