They are hiring an EC manager for their IT Division.
The EC manager will be responsible for managing various types of digital projects, enhancements and day-to-day system support around marketing activities, and lead cross-functional project team members and vendors to achieve business growth demand. You will have responsibility for system design, implementation, improvement and support on E-Commerce and marketing sites, and integration with associated systems such as CRM, CMS, OMS, payment gateway, Analytics, Social Media, databases, etc.
‐Partner with the Marketing departments across Asia (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.) to understand business requests, prioritize business' needs, and translate the business requirements into system solutions from conceptualization to end
‐Analysis, design, testing and ongoing maintenance & support for E-Commerce related systems
‐Plan, manage and implement various projects in Marketing systems area (including, but not limited to, developing and maintaining the project plan, scope, budget and schedule)
‐Lead the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle leveraging both internal and external resources.
‐Ensure deliverables such as Project Charter, Business Requirement, Functional/Technical design, configuring systems, providing guidance to analysts/developers, system testing, coordinating user testing, deployment and post-implementation support
‐Collaborate with US IT team to improve and maintain E-Commerce related systems to ensure consistency and compliance (SOX/PCIDSS)
‐Experience in developing/implementing online promotion capability on E-Commerce system
‐Experience in retail E-Commerce related systems (contents management system, order management system, payment gateway system and warehouse management system, etc.) to support marketing activities
‐Experience in delivering E-Commerce across multiple digital channels (web, mobile, portal, tablet and 3rd party E-Commerce platforms)
‐Experience and knowledge in ITIL, SDLC and project management
‐Bachelor's degree and experience in a similar role, delivering digital projects, enhancements and on-going system maintenance across range of digital technologies
‐Must be energetic and detailed oriented person with high standards of quality
‐Adaptable and flexible person who has strong sense of responsibility
‐Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
‐Desire and passion to learn new technologies and keep abreast of latest advances and trends in digital technologies
‐UX/UI design skill
‐Experience and knowledge in compliance standards (SOX / PCIDSS) and Fraud Protection solutions
‐Experience and knowledge with social media and its integration to other systems (Social Commerce experience is plus)
‐Experience in deploying Web Analysis tool (e.g. Adobe/SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, etc.) and its configuration
