This is a wonderful opportunity working at a leading global insurance company. Our client is a multi-billion dollar company covering all major markets in the world. Currently, there are many major technology improvements/transformations that are being made that will provide more productivity for the company, as well as to provide faster and more dynamic services to their clients.



‐ Setup, administrate and manage components for integration, managed file transfer, scheduling, and application development management

‐ Develop and constantly improve common services platform, capabilities and knowledge base

‐ Work with projects teams as required as technology SME, authority and administer

‐ Prioritize and manage day to day operational issues

‐ Manage and address change requests, defect fixes, problems and incidents

‐ Work closely with business and infrastructure teams to resolve issues with flexible for off-hour calls

‐ Propose and implement workarounds to resolve critical issues

‐ Expand and grow technology portfolio

Required Skills

‐ Expertise in application operations and support

‐ Project management and coordination experience

‐ Experience in related job function

‐ Hands on and technical as required

‐ Expertise or familiarity with HULFT, Autosys/JP1, Serena Dimensions, HP ALM, SiteMinder, IIB, DataStage

‐ Experience in working with local and remote teams

‐ Insurance industry experience preferred
