A Global IT Automative manufacturing firm is looking for an IT – HR Management Consultant to support HR system transformation, Oracle HR migration, and cross-functional IT initiatives within a global enterprise environment.

This position sits within the Sales, Customer Service & Cross Functions IT domain and is part of a specialized team supporting Finance, HR, and Procurement systems. The role is ideal for mid-career professionals with solid experience in enterprise system migration, HR IT solutions, and project delivery. You will play a key role in driving Oracle HR system migration, supporting new solution implementations, and ensuring stable, compliant HR technology operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle HR system migration and carve-out initiatives
- Ensure continuity of HR operations with minimal disruption during transitions
- Expand and stabilize HR IT capabilities for standalone business needs
- Coordinate dependencies and integration between HR systems and other enterprise platforms
- Lead HR data migration, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security
- Define and validate data structures aligned with operational and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable, compliant HR IT solutions
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and system enhancements across projects
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Promote alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, fostering collaborative problem-solving

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise core system migration and integration projects
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Lead (PL) in medium-scale projects (typically 6–12 months)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR systems, and HR data models
- Practical experience with data migration and system integration concepts
- Familiarity with project management practices and structured delivery methodologies
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory considerations in enterprise systems
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors
