A Global IT services company is seeking for two  Technical Project Managers / Product Managers for the point related products.

Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Act as the primary liaison between the business side and the tech team
- Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support, etc.)
- Communicate product goals, priorities, and progress to stakeholders
- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional & non-functional requirements
- Prioritize the backlog to ensure the team is working on the most valuable features
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Make trade-off decisions between scope, time, and resources to deliver the best possible product
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Collaborate with engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features
- Validate that delivered features meet business and customer expectations
- Oversee data and uncover tasks for products
- Communicate proactively during troubles in timely manner
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for feature development and system maintenance
- Identify potential risks and issues in the project lifecycle
- Manage resource allocation and resolve conflicts between competing priorities
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are on schedule and within scope
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including risks, blockers, and progress
- Translate product requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team
- Coordinate with SREs to ensure system reliability, scalability, incident during and after deployment
- Oversee post-launch activities, including bug fixes, performance monitoring, and incident management
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing maintenance

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Java, Python, React, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with system architecture concepts, such as APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to define API requirements and work with developers to ensure they meet customer needs
- Broad understanding of the technical stack and system architecture to define feasible product requirements and manage project execution effectively
- Focuses on understanding what is possible and collaborating with engineers to make trade-offs between scope, time, and resources
- Ability to assess the technical feasibility of project requirements and identify potential challenges
- Focuses on understanding how the product will be built and ensuring the team has the resources and processes to deliver it
- Skills to be able to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Use storytelling to communicate the value of technical features to non-technical audiences
- Leverage data to identify trends, measure success, and inform product decisions
- Set realistic expectations and ensure alignment between all parties
- Mediate conflicts between stakeholders with differing priorities (e.g., business vs. technical teams)
- Find solutions that balance business needs with technical constraints
- Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to work toward a common goal, even without direct authority
- Discover unmet needs or real needs from end users
