One of the world's largest insurance companies from Europe is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join the Workplace & Mobility Team in the IT Operations Department and be responsible for supporting end-user desktop environments. 

Responsibilities:
1. help desk operations
- Handle problem resolution assigned by the helpdesk, isolate problems, and document responses
- Appropriate escalation
2. service request operations
- Software installation support
- Data download and upload support
- Various setting changes (account privileges, folder access privileges, configuration, etc.)
3. desktop support operations
- Citrix XenDesktop VDI operation support and maintenance management
- Windows PC setup, HW installation, relocation, device addition, etc.
- Failure diagnosis, repair arrangements, maintenance, upgrades
- Inventory information management
- Creation of procedures and documents
- General support for Office365 products
- Operation and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of desktop support experience
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Office365 products (Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint support experience preferred)
- Experience with VMWare operations

**As a rule, we do not lend out PCs for remote work. Therefore, you will be required to use your own PC when working remotely.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 
Working Style: Hybrid (daily office attendance is required for the first few months.
After that, the office will be open 1-2 days a week. Days in the office may change depending on the situation) 
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, paid vacations (10 days granted 6 months after start of work)
