職務内容
A global insurance company is seeking a Product Owner (Team Manager). We welcome candidates with deep expertise in product management and a proven track record within product organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and coach Product Owner talent
- Lead and oversee the Product Management CoE (Center of Excellence) team
- Design and drive the implementation of a future-oriented agile product organization
- Lead initiatives to improve agile maturity across teams
- Act as an ambassador for agile, promoting and embedding best practices
- Continuously improve agile processes and plan/execute training programs
- Build tools and dashboards to visualize and report maturity progress
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in product management and agile practices, with a proven track record in customer discovery, product design, delivery, and successful agile transformation
- High analytical and strategic capabilities, with experience using data and analytical tools to understand market trends and customer behavior to drive decision-making
- Leadership and coaching experience, with a track record of developing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving organizational transformation toward a product operating model

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekdays)
Work style: Hybrid
