A global automotive company is seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to support application and software projects within its Electrical Engineering (EE), R&D, and ECU organizations.

You'll coordinate engineering application projects with stakeholders in Japan and Germany, supporting application migration, new system development, and software implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate engineering application projects for Electrical Engineering, ECU, and R&D teams
- Support application migration, enhancement, and new system development
- Manage projects from requirements through development, testing, and release
- Track schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Gather and communicate business requirements between users and development teams
- Coordinate global meetings and updates between Japan and Germany
- Prepare project plans, status reports, and management updates
- Support testing and software release activities

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in project coordination, project management, or business analysis
- Experience coordinating software/application development projects
- Experience gathering business requirements and working with dev teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, or Excel
