A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual Lead System Developer – Transformation Lead  to join the Operation Systems Division.
The Policy Administration System Transformation Lead will be responsible for drive the end-to-end transformation of the organization’s core policy administration systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of the policy administration system modernization initiative
- Serve as the primary point of contact and program leader for stakeholders across business units, IT, vendors, and executive leadership
- Define the transformation roadmap, including technology selection, system architecture, migration strategy, and implementation timelines
- Oversee business requirements gathering, process reengineering, data migration, system integration, testing, and change management activities
- Manage a cross-functional team including IT SMEs, developers, testes and third-party vendors
- Identify risks, develop migration plans, and report program status and KPIs to executive leadership
- Strategic Leadership: Own and drive the vision and strategy for modernizing the policy administration ecosystem
- Project Delivery: Deliver transformation/strategic program on time, within scope, and within budget
- System Modernization: Ensure selected solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices
- Vendor and Partner Oversight: Manage relationships and performance of external vendors and implementation partners
- Business Value Realization: Ensure the modernized system supports improved service delivery, product agility, and operational efficiency

Required Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferable
- 10+ years of overall experience in insurance, technology, or business transformation roles
- 5+ years of direct experience leading largescale policy administration system implementation or transformations
- Successful end-to-end software design and implementation experience
- Good understanding of SDLC and should have experience in all the phases of SDLC
- High level understanding of infrastructure, database management technologies, and networking
