A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual B usiness Service Delivery Team Lead , with in Information Security Office (ISO), Global Infrastructure, in Business Service Delivery (BSD) Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the company’s information security strategy across regional business units, driving implementation and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity posture.
- Collaborate with global ISO leaders and regional stakeholders to ensure effective cybersecurity service delivery, transparency, and communication.
- Oversee regional cybersecurity initiatives, including system and application remediation, monitoring and logging, and identity and access management.
- Ensure regional business processes, systems, and security requirements are integrated into the enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
- Track and report compliance with ISO policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and key risk metrics, driving remediation to completion.
- Leverage analytics and global threat intelligence to identify risks, communicate insights, and recommend actionable security improvements.
- Provide regional cybersecurity leadership through project governance, executive reporting, and team leadership while balancing scope, budget, and business impact.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of total experience in Information Security and Risk Management and/or related technology functions in application development, infrastructure management of business applications required, preferably in a global financial services firm
- 5+ years Information Security and Risk Management experience required
- Prior experience leading security teams and a proven track record of success in complex environments
- Experience with cybersecurity controls and tools like CrowdStrike, Qualys, Veracode, Tanium, and Imperva
- Security Certifications a plus: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT
- Strong understanding of application development architecture and techniques and ability to assess application cyber risk across all layers of the business application
- Experience operating in a global environment including familiarity with local laws and regulations in foreign countries
