A Global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provides is looking for a strong Bilingual Business System Analyst with the Customer Care Department.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Japanese business teams to understand their needs and specifications. Document and communicate these requirements clearly to the technical development team
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive project plans based on the gathered business requirements. Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Explain project details and requirements to the offshore development team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of objectives and tasks
- Oversee the work of offshore developers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor progress, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure that the deliverables meet the business requirements and maintain high standards of quality
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Highlight any risks or issues and propose solutions to address them
- Develop user stories and drive the activities during regular sprint meetings
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications
- Excellent project planning and management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and oversee the work of offshore development teams

Working Hours : 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style : 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays : Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
