One of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is hiring a Director – Data & Analytics  with in the Data Management Office division.
We are looking for a Data & Analytics candidate with a strong track record of driving AI initiatives, leveraging data platforms, and delivering business value at enterprise scale.
You will require a balance of technical thought leadership and deep expertise across the data science and AI lifecycle, including statistical/ML modeling, GenAI, and responsible AI deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive business transformation using Data, Analytics, and AI
- Lead all stages of the Data, Analytics & AI product development lifecycle: from problem identification, conceptualization, and prioritization to solution development and delivery
- Solve complex business problems using data and advanced technologies
- Develop Data & Analytics roadmaps and deliver solutions with transformational impact to the enterprise
- Communicate, engage, and present roadmaps, use cases, solutions, and impact to executive/senior management
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Data Platform/Engineering, IT, Compliance, Risk, Privacy) and business partners to co-create solutions, align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove blockers
- Ensure responsible deployment of data and analytics solutions, navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in the context of AI/analytics
- Institutionalize best practices; contribute to research and experimentation efforts
- Accelerate solution delivery using reusable frameworks, prototypes, and hackathons
- Document and communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- People leadership: talent acquisition, coaching, mentoring, and developing the team
- Performs other duties as assigned or required

Required Skills:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or AI with delivered business results
- Proven record in driving data & analytics / digital transformation in large organizations
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing analytics teams, including coaching and developing leaders (e.g., Lead Data Scientists who manage people)
- Strong experience across traditional and modern statistical and machine learning techniques
- Experience working with large and complex internal, external, structured, and unstructured datasets
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques such as GenAI, foundational models, and LLMs
- Familiarity with MLOps, AIOps, Generative AI, Ethical AI, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Awareness of Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Operations, and cloud-based data solutions
- Experience navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in the context of AI/analytics solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across business lines, technology, and corporate functions
- Excellent communication, structured problem-solving, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong partner and stakeholder engagement experience, including executive-level audiences

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
