A leading Global Insurance group is looking for a bilingual Management of Software Development Engineer
(System Development)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth execution of duties in the development of systems related to insurance premiums and reinsurance
- Coordinate with relevant departments on business requirements for new products, product revisions, system improvements, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors on schedules, etc. Requests for quotes from vendors, organizing quotes, creating quotes, and coordinating schedules with vendors
- Conduct reviews at each development stage
- System care, including inquiries and troubleshooting after system release
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of system development experience is required
- Strong communication skills, to coordinate with related departments and managed vendors during system development
- Experience working collaboratively and proactively with a team to solve problems is preferred
- Experience communicating with offshore vendors in English is preferred

Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
