A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is seeking an experienced SRE Program Manager .
This role acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, SRE teams, and engineering, ensuring the reliability, availability, and operational stability of Azure-based data platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the embedded Program/Delivery Manager within the DMO SRE team, coordinating across business users, SRE, and engineering teams
- Lead change management activities related to Azure platforms, data pipelines, and operational environments
- Plan, schedule, and manage release, deployment, and change windows in alignment with SRE and engineering teams
- Conduct change impact analysis, risk assessments, and go-live readiness reviews
- Ensure adherence to enterprise change governance, including CAB approvals and compliance processes
- Coordinate incident management for Azure data platforms, including major (P1 / P2) incidents
- Act as a central escalation and coordination point during high-severity incidents
- Ensure timely stakeholder communication, business impact reporting, and resolution tracking
- Lead post-incident reviews (PIR / RCA) and track corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze incident trends and reliability metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Support adoption and maturity of SRE practices, tools, and operating models
- Partner with SRE teams to improve monitoring, alerting, runbooks, automation, and operational readiness
- Drive transparency and alignment across teams through structured communication and reporting

Required Skills:
- 3~5 years of technical work experience
- Proven experience in SRE delivery, platform operations, IT service management, or technical program management
- Strong understanding of SRE principles: reliability, availability, incident response, change control, and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience coordinating incident management and change governance in enterprise environments
- Experience working with Azure platforms, preferably supporting data or analytics environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, engineering, and operations
- Ability to operate calmly and decisively during high-severity incidents

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
