A Global IT Service firm looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support project creation in the appropriate customer specific tools
- Project Resource Demand creation in the Business Planner tool
- Project data quality KPIs met for the corresponding Execute process milestones
- Ensure tools as required by Customer PM are updated as required for the corresponding milestones during the project life cycle
- Conduct regular Customer internal project team meetings, gather status, agree on next steps and priorities
- Organize preparation calls with the customer internal project teams prior to meeting with the customer teams
- Organize discussions with customer teams, be the single point of contact with the customer team for project related issues
- Identify and document change requests and bring new revenue opportunities to the sales organization
- Organize discussions with customer internal sales teams, be the single point of contact with the customer internal sales team for project related issue
- Support and apply customer Process & Tools updates during the project life cycle
- Manage and Control project schedule, budget, and quality. Manage and Control Communications both internal and external. Identify risks, analyze risks, and plan/implement risk response actions
- Take appropriate actions and support customer acceptance for the deliverables
- Coordinate project closure report with technical teams and closure acceptance with customer
- Maintain project hygiene including providing status updates, meeting minutes, action item tracker, keeping tracking tools updated, following approval processes, keeping project documentation storage and access control
Required Skills:
- Strong command over Japanese language (JLPT L1 or L2 level)
- Strong Project management capabilities in handling large service delivery projects preferably in Telecom domain
- Telecom Core network (4G/5G) domain expertise
- Stakeholder engagement & alignment
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Presentation & Communication: Strong skills in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex findings into executive-level narratives
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Analytical thinking capabilities.
