A global insurance and mobile device support is looking for a bilingual Technical Analyst as a key member of technology development for products and services in the B to B to C business model. The Technical Analyst will work closely with Business members from Call Center and Supply Chain division and internal IT teams. This key role, contributing to the business development and evolving Japan Region, will interface with UX design teams, product analysts, development teams, data scientists to define requirements while having constant communication with the dev leads on feasibility and optimized solution.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and define business requirements by translating business needs into user stories for system development
- Act as a bridge between business and development teams, clarifying requirements and facilitating communication
- Support solution planning and product development by proposing IT solutions with product, sales, and operations teams
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business needs and customer experience
- Assist QA and development teams by clarifying requirements, supporting backlog management, and improving product quality

Required Skills:
- Cross-functional system technical analysis or business analysis experience (more than 3 years), including requirements definition
- System development experience with Agile
- Basic knowledge of databases, query and scripting
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
- PC skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
