A Global IT Service firm is looking for a bilingual PMO Support, to help them with a Japanese Automobile Client, with in the Marketing & Merchandise Team. This is a long-term project and you are expected to have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of marketing, digital, CRM, and customer experience projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks, issues, and roadblocks while supporting mitigation and resolution activities
- Prepare and maintain project governance documentation, including project charters, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive updates
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder communications to ensure effective decision-making and alignment
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, website enhancements, branding projects, marketing automation implementations, and customer engagement programs
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, business, IT, and external vendors or agencies to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage stakeholder communications by translating business requirements into actionable project tasks and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Create and maintain project dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries to provide visibility into project status, resource utilization, budgets, timelines, and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, governance standards, and project management best practices while supporting resource planning, tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
- 3~5 years of PMO experience, preferably in IT, or Business, or Marketing projects
- Strong PMO or Project Coordination experience
- Experience supporting marketing, branding, CRM, or digital projects
- Experience with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using tools such as: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
