A leading Japanese energy company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Engineer – Zero Trust (Team Leader) to lead enterprise-wide Zero Trust implementation, cloud security architecture, and identity modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Zero Trust architecture.
- Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity platforms.
- Design and deploy Conditional Access policies and enterprise authentication strategies.
- Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Design and implement cloud security architecture across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Develop cloud security governance, standards, and best practices.
- Define enterprise security architecture standards for business-critical systems.
- Provide technical leadership for vulnerability management, security incident response, and CSIRT activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to implement enterprise security controls.
- Lead technical delivery for enterprise cybersecurity transformation projects.
- Produce security architecture documentation, standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of enterprise Cybersecurity, Security Architecture, or Cloud Security experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing Zero Trust architecture.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, design, and migration.
- Experience designing and implementing Conditional Access policies.
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong cloud security experience across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience participating in enterprise cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and incident response.
- Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
