A fast-growing property management companyare seeking an experienced IT System Development Leader to lead the creation of systems from scratch, in order to transform the tourism & leisure industry through IT. As a company who focuses on hotel & leisure operations, this job involves creating a company-wide unified “Point and Membership Rank System” (loyalty program). You will work between internal members, marketing department, and internal & external development teams in order to lead system development and transform business ideas into concrete system forms.
Responsibilities:
- Design (and Build) systems to securely connect various company systems such as customer information (CRM), store case registers (POS), and hotel reservation systems
- Stand between multiple departments and play a crucial role in transforming business ideas into concrete systems
- Create a blueprint for the entire system, including member data, rank, how to accumulate and use points, and set development rules
- Responsible for controlling the smooth data exchange between reservation systems, POS, smartphone apps, and guidance email tools
- Issue technical instructions to internal and external engineering teams, and external system development companies, managing progress and risk
- Interact with overseas development teams and vendors, you can leverage your English skills
- Explain technically difficult topics clearly to internal staff without specialized knowledge, ensuring the understand how to proceed with the project
Required skills:
- 5-10 years’ experience in system and software development
- 2-3 years’ experience as a leader or senior member of a development team
- Open to preferred tech stack (backend, database technology), however should have experience multiple development cycles within their main system architecture.
- Web API design & development
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Database construction and operation

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Work Style: Office
Holidays & Leave: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid annual leave, and other special leave arrangements.
