A global fashion retail company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Internal Digital Transformation Services Department (Business Domains / Global IT Planning & Strategy).
There are 12 business domains. Candidates will initially be assigned to the domain that best matches their experience, with the final assignment determined through discussions during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Define and refine business transformation themes (issues) within each business domain
- Design and drive business transformation projects leveraging IT technologies
- Develop project roadmaps
- Communicate with and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Lead prototype development and system implementation activities
- Manage and lead overall projects, including resource and risk management
- Improve system operations based on feedback from customers and frontline users
- Roll out solutions globally and ensure successful adoption
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, business/process design, and system design, operations, or development within the IT domain at a consulting firm, SIer, or operating company
